Luxon Super 1000 35mm SLR (Chinese K1000 clone), original 50mm f2 lens, and Five Star 28-135mm (f3.8-5.2->22) lens ($42 total) and expired Fuji Superia 400 (24exp) — all film came with vintage cameras, so I have no idea what age, I keep them in the freezer with my popsicles! Shot at ISO 100. This roll is a mix of both lenses, no edits — just as scanned by The Darkroom.

Shots are in reverse order. Patuxent Branch Trail, Jessup, Maryland, USA — trail along the Patuxent Branch where there used to be a branch railroad to a rock quarry 100 years ago, now Interstate 95 crosses the valley on really tall bridges. Starting at the picnic table, shots are at Rockburn Branch Sports Park, Elkridge, Maryland, USA — lots of sports fields (empty) and high-tension power lines which run through the park. The last shot is using the 135mm end of the zoom for *COWS* at the University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Clarksville Facility, Ellicott City, Maryland.

  1. I really enjoyed #24, the photo looking up at the wires against the sky. The geometrical lines are interesting and I like that the background of the sky also has lots of color and texture. My other favorites are #7, 12, and 19.
